Hi All, well I have started to get my new to me Trabi sorted out, wheels sand blasted and even new tyres. She has even ran for the first time. While I was underneath I noticed that the sills were as rough as guts. They need replacing but that is now in hand. Just in front of the sills on the right hand side the part that connects to the sills is totally Kaputt! Can this be repaired (and when I say kaputt I am talking about a new piece around six inches) with some box section or can I buy the prefabricated part off the shelf?
